  • The job of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is to protect Americans’ health and safety. But the FDA has betrayed this trust and has done the exact opposite by putting women and girls in harm’s way. On March 26, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in Alliance Defending Freedom’s case challenging the FDA’s reckless and unlawful removal of commonsense safeguards on abortion drugs. The pro-women doctors we represent have witnessed firsthand the harm to women and girls caused by the FDA’s reckless actions. Under the FDA’s current rules, prescribers do not check women for life ...

  • In Connecticut, boys who identify as female can compete in girls’ athletic events. As a result, female athletes like Selina Soule, Alanna Smith, Chelsea Mitchell, and Ashley Nicoletti have been deprived of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels. It’s wrong. It’s not a fair playing field. And you can help do something about it. If we stand on the sidelines, women and girls—maybe even one of your loved ones—will soon be forced to become spectators in their own sports. A broad coalition of athletes, Olympians, coaches, sports officials, 23 states, and several athletic and advocacy ...

  • It all began when Bank of America, one of the world’s largest banks sent abrupt notices to a Memphis-based church and Indigenous Advance, one of its ministry partners. The bank said they were closing their accounts and even the ministry’s credit cards. And they both had only 30 days to switch to a new bank. Bank of America didn’t even give a specific reason. All it said was that it simply no longer wanted to serve the ministries’ “business type” and that Indigenous Advance has exceeded the banks “risk tolerance.” But Indigenous Advance isn’t ideological or partisan. And it’s had the same ...
  • This is about standing up for the truth. And it’s about ensuring that every girl and woman has an equal opportunity to a fair playing field. That’s why we’re standing with courageous female athletes like Selina Soule, Chelsea Mitchell, Alanna Smith, and Ashley Nicoletti. They experienced the consequences of allowing males to compete with female athletes, and they decided to take a brave stand. They did this in the face of loud voices opposing them, and the deafening silence of many around them, when others were afraid to speak out. All they wanted was a fair shot—just like any other dedicated ...
  • Women face severe, even life-threatening, harm because the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) disregarded their health and safety. By removing safety standards it once provided to women using abortion drugs, the FDA recklessly endangered them. And because of the FDA’s lawless actions, women and girls across the country have suffered. This spring, we’re asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hold the FDA accountable. We’re representing pro-women doctors who have witnessed firsthand the harm to women and girls caused by what the FDA has done. Will you stand with Alliance Defending Freedom and these ...
