Summary

ADF attorneys filed a lawsuit in federal court on behalf of a Christian man prohibited from sharing his faith at Mt. Rushmore National Monument. Michael Boardley and other individuals who attempted to peacefully distributed literature inside the park were informed that they would need a speech permit in order to continue their activities. Despite multiple attempts to procure the permit, but it was never received. His request was granted after the suit was filed.
