Over two years ago, Vermont officials banned Mid Vermont Christian School from all state-sponsored sports. Now, thanks to a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the school can once again participate in Vermont-sponsored athletic events.

When she was a college soccer player, Lainey Armistead enjoyed safe and fair competition. Her state passed a law that keeps males from competing in women’s sports. Now she’s represented by ADF in a lawsuit, standing up for female athletes who aren’t as fortunate.

Travis Barham, senior counsel with the ADF Center for Academic Freedom, shares some of his team’s perspective on the legacy of Charlie Kirk and how ADF is working to preserve free speech on America’s campuses.
