Allen M. Ginsborg
Allen Ginsborg is the co-founder, managing director, and principal of NewMark Merrill Mountain States, and is one of the Rocky Mountain region’s leading experts in the development and leasing of large retail shopping centers. Prior to joining NewMark Merrill in 2007, he was co-founder and owner of Pacific Retail Partners, a leading California retail landlord and tenant representation firm. In 2012, he was selected Colorado State University’s real estate entrepreneur of the year.
Ginsborg previously served on the ADF board from January 2003 to October 2012. From May 2007, he was vice chairman of the board and chaired the board development committee.
He currently serves as board chairman of the Everitt Center at the Colorado State University Real Estate Center, and also holds board positions with the I Have A Dream Foundation of Boulder County and the Long’s Peak Boy Scouts of America Council. His service to other boards, non-profit organizations, and the local community includes the International Council of Shopping Centers, Colorado State Committee, Ft. Collins Chamber of Commerce, and board member of Timberline Lodge, a Torch Bearer’s Ministry School. He has also served two terms as a church elder. He is an honors graduate of UCLA, a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and an Eagle Scout.
Ginsborg and his family reside in Longmont, Colorado, and attend Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Niwot.
